Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening core muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates is an ideal exercise for general body conditioning, staying in shape and strengthening, recovery from injuries or chronic pains such as:

It is a safe and gentle approach for recovery following surgeries, orthopaedic and even abdominal surgery where the body needs to heal the muscles back to normal. Pilates is also the most effective type of exercise for urinary or faecal incontinence.

Prenatal Pilates
This type of Pilates is targeted toward pregnant women to maintain a healthy and strong body during the pregnancy. This has many benefits including:

Postnatal Pilates
This is tailor made for mothers who are recovering from birth, diastasis recti (increased gap of the abdominal muscles),suffering from incontinence following childbirth and would like to get back in shape, both physically and psychologically.
